Tarot Card Meanings: The Magician
The Magician is a card of manifesting, but the Universe isn’t an indulgent fairy godmother that wants to grant your every wish just because you wrote in your journal about it and walk around acting like you already have it.
That leads to a bunch of dingdongs sitting in front of their vision boards, fingers crossed, wondering why nothing’s happened yet.
You have to believe boldly in your intentions—and you can visualize, journal, do a vision board or whatever works for you—but then you have to get off your ass and do something about it.
Dreams become reality with effort, but it doesn’t necessarily mean toiling away for decades. And the work you’re putting out there may not seem that hard when you’re aligned with your purpose because it’s making your heart and soul so happy.
It often helps us connect with our true purpose when we start with that goal and work towards it while being open to whatever else might show up.
Consider it as an invitation for the Universe to put you in alignment with your potential—revealing what you need as opposed to what you so desperately want.
This is the secret sauce that leads to true magic: combining intention with inspired action (then getting out of your own way).
